Wingman in Carrboro

The chefs cooking are very unsanitary. They are not wearing face masks and they don’t wear gloves and touch the food with their hands. I don’t want you to touch my food without gloves. Also with the new staff orders are taking so long. 45 minutes for a small order when it’s not busy?! That’s crazy. Please be clean so that we don’t spread coronavirus.

I ordered 30 pieces of wings from them today and they were really hard the lady who took my order was very rude and all she basically did was take my order and sit down on her phone for half the time. After she took my order she told us that we had to stand out which I understood but what I didn’t understand is she had another customer bring my food out just because she saw us walk in there together.

Pretty good food... Wings and beef hot dogs are great...only gave 4 stars because I ordered a chili cheeseburger and there was hardly no CHILI on it... Just a dry burger... I would advise u ask them for extra chili...

My recommendation: avoid. FInd something better.(I'm not sure why places like this tend to be overrated in the Triangle area. Is everyone just trying to be nice?)The food is edible, and won't kill you. But the chicken was cooked the previous day and then dumped in the sauce I chose, without sufficient warming. The chicken was hard, and it didn't help that the sauce had basically no significant taste or flavor other than mild hotness and a bit of sourness. (Sauce from a grocery store bottle is better.)Never again.

They have great food! The bathrooms could use a good paint job and the eating area could use a little sprucing up!

I get the wings and chips. Everything is cooked when you order it. The food is great and the person who takes the orders is friendly.

It's an okay place. Kind of weird. There is some limited seating but there is not really any atmosphere. This is a place you mostly get stuff to go. They have virtually nothing healthy on the menu. One of their sides is literally a corn dog. I would give it a better review but in the two times i have been there the quality of food has varied dramatically. Once I got amazing chicken another time I got really mediocre chicken.

Worst customer service and wings were absolutely terrible and when I called to complain they wouldn't pick up the phone had to drive back up there to find out they were closing the restaurant 35mins earlier and were refusing to give me my money pack until I threatened to contact the owner take pics and record the fact they closed early and no this wasnt a holiday it was a regular Saturday I wouldn't take free wings from this place I'm never coming back I'd rather drive to wingstop in Durham or bw3s wish I could give them no stars

Never answer the phone and they close 45 mins before their hours. Screw wingman go next door to Monterey Mexican. Better people and better service even though they speak little English

Awesome burgers, and great wings. A bit of a hole-in-the-wall place...not much to look at. But, you're not going to go there for the ambiance anyway.

The best hands down

Wanted to eat here for my lunch break,walked up to the counter there were two ladies working,one of as one her phone and one was cooking food. The one that was on her phone got off her phone and started sweeping up to the register so I’m thinking “ok she’s about to take my order” NOPE! She continues to sweep all the way to the back and the lady cooking continues to cook...I ended up walking out.

Wings taste like re-cooked, dry to the bone and stringy. Will not return

This Restaurant Produces the Finest Wings in the Triangle - nay - The World! Please the gods of chicken by offering a winged sacrifice. The combos are pleasingly priced so bring friends. Lunch time is the best time to be here but plan on it being busy!

It was really really good food. If you ever want some a good burger, wings and fries then wingman is the place to go. It was a little wait tho but it’s really worth it.

Love their chicken wings,will definitely fetch back up there one day, for the Wings, they gace,all flavors Reasonably priced and they have soeciala,on certain days. Try it you'll like it.

Wings were crispy and the sauce was ok. Not a huge selection of sauces. They have burgers and hot dogs too.

Wings are some of the best I have had here in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area, but I've had lots of bad wings here. I prefer their burgers over their wings. A little bit pricy, but I don't mind it since it's helping local people.
